You pay a fixed amount each month. Every payment is added to your account as credit, equal to what you've paid, and you can spend it on SE1 Medical Aesthetics treatments and products and on GAPGP services.

All SE1 Medical Aesthetics aesthetic treatments, holistic facials and massage, and products, plus GAPGP services at Bermondsey Street, such as private GP appointments, blood tests, GAPCHECK® health screening, scans, allergy testing and weight loss support.

When you subscribe, you'll receive your own unique booking code. Enter it when booking online and your appointment is free to book. Your credit is deducted on the day, after your treatment is complete.

No problem. You just pay the difference at your appointment.

No. Unused credit rolls over every month with no limit.

Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops all future payments, and any credit already on your account stays available to use.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Credit has no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Yes. Bronze, Silver and Gold subscribers receive 2 complimentary treatments per 12 months, available after 5 consecutive monthly payments. Platinum subscribers receive 4 complimentary treatments and a DOME Facial Analysis Report per 12 months, available after just 2 consecutive monthly payments.

They must be booked in advance, are subject to availability, and must be used within your 12-month period. They can't be exchanged for cash, credit or other services unless agreed with us.

Yes, friends or family can use your credit with your consent. Please keep your booking code private, as you remain responsible for how your account and credit are used.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel late or miss your appointment, the cost of the booked service may be deducted from your credit, or paid directly if you don't have enough credit.
